Over 80% of our real estate portfolio of assets have been owned for more than fifteen years. To win in the game of real estate, we believe in thinking in terms of decades. We own considerable property along the West Coast including residential, commercial, industrial, as well as agricultural.
OPERATING COMPANIES
Our team provides asset services, investment and risk management services, capital and debt structuring, and other cross-operational services to our portfolio of operating companies. Those companies span a wide range of sectors that include financial services, building products, manufacturing, leasing, homebuilding and winemaking.
